RESOLUTION NO. 1987-17
JAMES BAY GENERAL HOSPITAL BELL 222 SERVICE
WHEREAS the James Bay Hospital utilizes a fully equipped medical air ambulance helicopter (Bell 222) for medical emergencies on Moose Factory Island, and;
WHEREAS the Moose Factory Band is requesting an airport as described in Resolution;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we, the Chiefs of Mushkegowuk Council, support the James Bay Coastal communities request that this helicopter services remain notwithstanding the provision of an airport at Moose Factory Island.
