SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF CHAIRMANSHIP
WHEREAS Norm Wesley has been appointed for the position of Chairman for a period of one year effective July 21, 1986, and;
WHEREAS this term has now expired.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Chairman's term be extended retroactively from July 22, 1987 to August 20, 198i.
