Recruitment and training of native airline staff

RESOLUTION NO. 1987-38

SUBJECT: RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING OF NATIVE AIRLINE STAFF

WHEREAS air transportation is the fastest growing method of transportation with the Mushkegowuk jurisdiction, and;

WHEREAS the air transportation companies are owned By people who do not belong to our general membership, and;

WHEREAS our people are the prime users of air transportation in this area, and;

WHEREAS our ultimate goal is to control air transportation.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT this Assembly wishes to see Air Ontario and any other air­lines operating within our jurisdiction, recruit and train Native pilots and other airline staff to serve our people.
