RESOLUTION NO. 1987-60

SUBUECT: LIQUOR SALES

WHEREAS non-Band members sometimes bring liquor onto the Kashechewan Reserve and sell it, and;

WHEREAS the Elders, Chief and people of Kashechewan want these people brought to justice but want to have input on charging and sentencing.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mushkegowuk Council support the Kashechewan request that the Chief and Council be consulted on the charges and sentencing of such individuals.
