SUBJECT: TREATY RIGHTS AND PROMISES
BE IT RESOLVED THAT it is a priority of this Council that a meeting of our elders be held for the purposes of recording and documenting the rights and promises made to our people in connection with the negotiqtion and signing of Treaty No. 9 and that our Board and staff are directed to obtain funding for the holding of such a meeting as soon as possible.
