RESOLUTION NO. 1990-136
SUBJECT: MUSHKEGOWUK TRIBAL ELDER
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the by-laws of the Mushkegowuk Council be amended to provide:
Tribal Elder
A Tribal Elder shall be appointed by an Elders' Council to guide the Chiefs at their monthly meetings;
The Board of Directors shall deterÂmine the honourarium to be paid to the Tribal Elder;
The Tribal Elder shall be selected from a list of names submitted by each First Nation and his or her term of office shall be three years.
