WHEREAS the firm of Peat, Marwick and Thorne has been the auditing firm for the Mushkegowuk council for past years;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Peat, Marwick and Thorne be retained as the auditing firm for the Mushkegowuk Council for the 1993/94 fiscal year.
