RESOLUTION NO. 1994-10-01
SUBJECT: SELECTION OF ELECTORAL OFFICERS
WHEREAS the term of the present Interim Chairperson of the Mushkegowuk Council has expired and elections for a new Chairperson are required at this the 9th Annual Assembly:
AND WHEREAS RoseAnne Archibald, Mary Anne Nakogee-Davis and Andrew Reuben have been nominated and have met the requirements for candidates for the position of Chairperson, as set out in the Mushkegowuk Constitution;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Murray Klippenstein, Legal Counsel, be appointed Electoral Officer and Jean Wesley and Pauline Lout tit be appointed Deputy Electoral Officers;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that RoseAnne Archibald, Mary Anne Nakogee-Davis and Andrew Reuben be confirmed as candidates for the position of Chairperson.
