SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR

WHEREAS Mushkegowuk Council is required to appoint an auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 1995, and

WHEREAS the function has been satisfactorily performed in the past by KPMG Peat Marwick Thorne;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that KPMG Peat Marwick Thorne be appointed auditors for Mushkegowuk Council for the year ending March 31, 1995.
