RESOLUTION NO. 1994-10-10
SUBJECT: KAPISKUA GOOSE CAMP
WHEREAS the Ministry of Natural Resources allocated funding to renovate goose camps in the Hudson and James Bay area affiliated with the Hudson and James Bay Cree outfitters Association; and
WHEREAS the Kapiskua Goose Camp did not receive any funding for renovations;
WHEREAS Kapiskua Goose Camp also requires assistance in marketing and promoting its camp operations;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Assembly supports Kapiskua Goose Camp's position in its request for funding from the Ministry of Natural Resources or other funding agencies for camp renovations including funding to market and advertise its operation.
