WHEREAS the Omushkegowuk Harvesters Demonstration Program has been presented to the delegates of the 9th Annual Assembly;

AND WHEREAS this Assembly values such a program to preserve our traditional way of life;

AND WHEREAS it is this Assembly's objective to see the Omushkegowuk Harvesters Program as a permanent on-going program;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Assembly supports the Omushkegowuk Harvesters Demonstration Program;

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funding be secured for the long term continuation of the program.
