RESOLUTION NO. 1995-10-32
SUBJECT: MUSHKEGOWUK CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES
WHEREAS it is desirable to make certain changes to the Mushkegowuk Council's Constitution (By-laws) to better reflect the way the Council is organized and functions;
WHEREAS certain changes to the Constitution (By-laws) are necessary to help the Mushkegowuk Council operate more efficiently and effectively;
WHEREAS the following amendments have been approved by the Board of Chiefs (Board of Directors) of the Mushkegowuk Council on October 25, 1995;
WHEREAS the Board of Chiefs (Board of Directors) of the Mushkegowuk Council and the members have waived notice of and consent to the consideration of the amendments attached as Appendix A, in accordance with the Constitution (By-laws);
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the amendments to the Mushkegowuk Council Constitution (By-laws), attached as Appendix A, are hereby adopted.
