ADDITIONAL DEPUTY GRAND CHIEF POSITION
WHEREAS ce1iain Mush.kegowuk communities experience isolation related issues to an especially great degree because of distance and lack of full transportation options;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Mush.kegowuk Council review the possibility of creating a second Deputy Grand Chief position specifically to work with the isolated communities of Fort Albany, Kashechewan and Attawapiskat on common issues arising from isolation, including isolation issues in the areas of housing, infrastructw-e, the high cost of living, and social problems.
