RESOLUTION NO. 2000-08-10
MUSHKEGOWUK YOUTH REGIONAL GAMES
WHEREAS the need for holistic youth programmmg exists within the Mushkegowuk Ten-itory and that physical, recreational events do not exist for Mushkegowuk Youth; and
WHEREAS Kashechewan First Nation recognizes this need and proposes the development of the Mushkegowuk Youth Regional Games; and
WHEREAS a Working Group needs to be created with equal representation from each First Nation within the Mushkegowuk Territory to establish plans and guidelines to build a foundation for the Mushkegowuk Regional Games;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mushkegowuk Council's Youth Department begin this process by working with each Mushkegowuk First Nation con1111w1ity to host the Mushkegowuk Youth Regional Games.
