RESOLUTION NO. 2000-08-23
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABTI,ITY AND REPORTING
WHEREAS the leaders, staff and operations of Mushkegowuk Council are accountable to the First Nations and people of Mushkegowuk communities; and
WHEREAS accountability includes financial accountability and the prov1s1on of adequate financial infon11ation and openness;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Mushkegowuk Council provide more detailed financial infomiation to Chiefs and Cotmcil and to Assembly delegates prior to annual assemblies (preferably distributed by the auditor or staff to member commurutles by e-mail), including delivery of the auditor's full repo1i, and delivery of more detailed information on administration finances.
