RESOLUTION NO. 2000-08-32
SUPPORT FOR MUSHKEGOWUK TECHNICAL SERVICES TO UNDERTAKE HOUSING INSPECTIONS
WHEREAS contracts with CMHC have been renewed to carry out inspections of housing programs, specifically those under Section 95 and Section 10, RRAP (regular and disabled), and the Portfolio inspections under the Section 95 program; and
WHEREAS Mushkegowuk Council wishes Mushkegowuk Technical Services to continue housing inspections;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mushkegowuk Chiefs in Assembly approves Mushkegowuk Technjcal Services to continue the housing inspections under the Section 95 and Section 10 programs, RRAP program, and the required Portfolio inspections w1der Section 95.
