Appointment of KPMG LLP as Auditors
WHEREAS KPMG LLP has served as auditors for Mushkegowuk Council for the year ended March 31, 2009 and it is deemed necessary to continue to access their services;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that KPMG LLP be appointed as auditors for Mushkegowuk Council for the next fiscal year ending March 31, 2010.
